Windsurfers have been coming to Cabarete for over 20 years for good wind and big swells. Almost all conditions exist in Cabarete. There is flat-water inside the reef and side shore wave sailing outside the reef. The wind usually starts soft and builds up in the afternoon. If you are windsurfer who has never been to Cabarete this is a must. The reef is waiting. Windsurfing fans can find great gear a short walk away
at the world famous Club Natalie Simon. Just walk east along the beach
and look for their sign. Club Natalie Simon, or CNS, purchases new equipment
every six months and always have the latest gear to rent. |
